How to Use TPU Hot Melt Powder:
Step 1: Printing the Design
- Use a DTF printer to print your design onto DTF transfer film using CMYK or white ink. Ensure to mirror the design, especially when printing text.
Step 2: Applying the Powder
- While the printed design is still wet, apply the TPU Hot Melt Powder evenly on the printed film.
- Use a powder shaker for consistent and even coverage or apply manually for small print runs.
Step 3: Curing the Powder
- Cure the printed film with powder by applying heat using a heat press or oven. Set the temperature between 160-180°C (320-350°F) and cure for 2-4 minutes.
Step 4: Transfer to Fabric
- Once the design is cured, place the DTF film on the fabric and apply heat using a heat press at 160-170°C (320-340°F) for 10-15 seconds.
Step 5: Peel & Final Touches
- Peel the transfer film off the fabric while it is still warm for a clean, vibrant, and durable transfer.
