Apply powder adhesive within 2 to 4 minutes of printing to avoid halo on the edges due to moisture In drying
process, we recommend powder shaker set temperature 110°C to 130°C (158°F to 212°F) for 7 to 4 Minutes.

For best results shaker should have medium wave IR lamp. (Please Note: Each shaker needs different
temperature settings, (Focus on the surface temperature of film it should reach 140°C to 160°C (284°F to 320°F).

Transfers should be applied from 130°C to 160°C (320°F to 284°F) for 20 to 6 seconds with 2 to 4 bars
Pneumatic pressure. If the heat press is manual ensure Medium to High pressure across all the corners of bed.

* For instant Hot Peel

Please ensure press machine give equal amount of pressure in all corners of press. 1time orientation trials may be

required to fix required Temperature, Time & Pressure as standard of machines may be different. Check labels are

not over cooked or cured or heated in the shaker.
